Friday Night Goalkeeper Academy Training
IGA is starting Friday night goalkeeper training at South Bay Tennis Center. There will be 4 sessions every Friday for the months to come. These sessions not only teach the fundamental aspects of the positon of a goalkeeper but push the students in high intense situations. All sessions are in group fashion co-ed.
IGA, counts on having 2 or more goalkeeper coaches for each session depending on the number of students who register. We like to have the student & coaches ratio at 7 to 1. All sessions will be set up to work on the different aspects of goalkeeping. We believe that the distance between the practice and the game should be as little as possible, therefore, we look at differnt topics. From breakaways, shots on goal, distribution (punts, goalkicks & pass backs), crosses, decision making (when to come out), goalkeeper stregnth & condiitoning, etc.

Each session is $30
Session Times:
6 p.m.- Keepers ages 8-17
We have goalkeeper coaches on hand at every session to divide all goalkeepers by age and skill.
